Do you like Italian foods like pasta’s, but you have a gluten sensitivity? Nowadays, you can buy different brands of gluten-free pasta in your local store. If you have a favourite brand; this is a must try receipt!
What do you need?
- 5 tomatoes
- 500 gr frozen spinach
- 1 1/2 tbsp Italian herbs
- 2 pieces of wild salmon
- pepper and salt to taste
- 200 gr (jar or fresh) pesto
- 100 gr grated cheese
- approx 10 gluten free lasagna sheets
Preparation

Shortly boil the 5 tomatoes so the skin will burst open. Take them out -be carefull, they are hot!- and peel them. Blend the tomatoes with the Italian herbs, the pesto and salt and pepper in a mixer or blender. Make a smooth sauce.
Let the frozen spinach defrost in a wok on a low fire. Cut the salmon into small pieces and add to the to the spinach when it is soft. Than you can add the tomato sauce. Slowly let simmer for a while, so the sauce can thicken.
Put a layer of lasagne sauce in a glass oven dish and cover with the gluten free lasagne sheets and build the lasagne one layer at a time. Top it off with the grated cheese.
Preheat the oven at 200 C and place the lasagne in the middle of your oven. After about 30 minutes your lasagne is ready to enjoy!
