In for a special treat? Aren’t we always hey! Or just in need of a refreshment and pick-me-up, it is always a good idea to make a smoothie! If you really are brave, add some spinach leaves, about a hand full, you won’t taste it but you are getting some extra greens in your system.
Strawberry smoothie (1 person)
Preparation time: 5 minutes
200 ml lactose-free yoghurt
1 tbsp. chia seeds
Optional: a few drops of Stevia to make it more sweet
1. Remove the stems from the strawberries and add them to a blender.
2. Add the yoghurt and the chia seeds and blend until you have a smoot smoothie.
